Shipping

Once the order is confirmed, on-hand items are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays (inclusive of Official Austrian Holidays).

We have partnered with Post AT, the main postal service in Austria, to deliver your order right on your doorstep.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. This will include your tracking number, which you can use to track your order at www.post.at for your convenience and peace of mind.

As much as we want our beautiful products to get to you at the earliest convenience, pre-ordered items would take longer. Rest assured, our experienced artisans in the Philippines are working relentlessly to make the best products without compromising the quality.  To get an estimate, please contact us at hello@yumiweaves.com

We are only shipping within Europe and United Kingdom at the moment. Should you wish to get an estimate for shipping outside of the EU/UK, kindly drop us a message at hello@yumiweaves.com.

Customs and Import Charges

Please note that your parcel may be subject to customs regulations of your country.  The shipping cost does not include duty or customs charges. We are not responsible for import fees or any other custom fees which may be incurred.

Lost or Stolen Packages

yumi is not responsible for missing and stolen packages, therefore your purchase will not be refunded in these unfortunate circumstances.

Missing/Lost packages claims must be done by the customer.

Returns

Each piece you order from us has been intricately and meticulously handmade by our artisans. Therefore, variations in colours and patterns are possible, making every bag one of a kind, adding to its character. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, do get in touch at hello@yumiweaves.com with your order number and reason of return. Product/s purchased must be unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with label/s attached. 

We will notify you once we have received the return and after careful inspection, if a refund was approved or not. If a refund is warranted, we will get in touch at the earliest convenience to arrange your refund/store credit should you wish.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

We do not accept returns on sale items.
